Assistant Restaurant Manager - Nashville
JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for someone:
Passion for cannabis, food, and customer service
Strong leadership skills
To serve and educating customers on the benefits of cannabis
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a front of house staff of 20+
Possess a sense of urgency to solve problems-
Solution oriented
Assist in booking events in store as well as in the community.
Reach out to prospective accounts.
Maintain current accounts and increase volume.
Keep menus up to date and distribute to clients.
Floor management
Retail focused
Will need to hire and assist in training new employees
Have reliable transportation- with the possibility of need to use personal car to pick up orders
Experience required:
21 years or age or older
2-3 years of management experience in a customer service position
High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Desired Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong sales background
Experience working in the cannabis industry
Background in restaurant work
Background in retail sales.
A current book of business and strong relationships with buyers/retailers specifically in the territory.
Knowledge of the state’s cannabis regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
Benefits & pay
50-60k based on experience
Bonus incentive program after 60 days
50% insurance coverage
